Böhnstadt is located just west of Calbach. In 1766, Böhnstadt was part of the Solms-Braundfels Principality. Today it is part of the County of Friedberg in Hessen.

Böckingen was incorporated as a part of Heilbronn city in 1933.

Today, Blankenloch is known as Stutensee, the result of the 1975 administrative merger of the villages of Blankenloch, Büchig, Friedrichstal, Spöck, and & Staffort. It is located northeast of Karlsruhe in the German State of Baden-Württemberg.

Before 1806, Biskirchen was located in the Principality of Solms-Braunfels.

Birkenau is located 25 kilometers north of Heidelberg.
