Müller (Schaffhausen-3)*

Jonas Müller & Anna Christina Kern were married on 25 August 1766 in Mr. Suhl's house in Lübeck.

Martin Müller and his wife Elisabeth along with Jonas Müller and his wife Christina and Johann Adam Müller arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 15 September 1766 aboard the ship Der Junge Heinrich under the command of Skipper Heinrich Niemann.

Weinmeister, Arnie

Arnold George Weinmeister, son of John Georg & Susanna Weinmeister, was born 23 March 1923 in Rhein, Saskatchewan, and grew up in Portland, Oregon.

After a college career at the University of Washington and a stint in the US Army, "Arnie" Weinmeister was a defensive tackle with the New York Yankees (1948-1949), the New York Giants (1950-1953), and the BC Lions (1954-1955).

In 1984, Arnie Weinmeister was elected to what today is called the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Adam Mörckel, a farmer, and his wife Katharina arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 8 August 1766 aboard the galliot named Anna Catharina under the command of Skipper Johann Joachim Janson.

Adam Mörckel, his wife Catrina, and daughter Anna Maria (born in route) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

Weitz (Krasnoyar)

Heinrich Weitz, a farmer, his wife Anna, and children (Johann [Heinrich], age 14; Katharina, age 11; Maria, age 7; Sarah, age 5; Elisabeth, age 3) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 18 June 1766 aboard the ship Die Perle under the command of Skipper Thomson.

The widow and children of Heinrich Weitz are recorded on the 1798 census of Krasnoyar in Household No. Ks077.

The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Heinrich Weitz came from the German region of Pfalz.

Jakob Franz, a farmer, his wife Elisabeth, and children (Anna, age 8; Philipp, age 6; Karl, age 4) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 18 June 1766 aboard the ship Die Perle under the command of Skipper Thomson.

Philipp Franz and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Krasnoyar in Household No. Ks090.

The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Jakob Franz came from the German region of Pfalz.

Bäcker / Becker (Kind)

Johann Becker, a farmer, and his wife Friederika arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 12 September 1766 aboard the English frigate Love & Unity under the command of Skipper Thomas Fairfax.

Johann Bäcker, a farmer, and his wife Friederika are recorded on a list of Beauregard Recruits attached to the 1767 census in Household No. 138.

In 1783, Johannes Becker and his family moved from Kind to Schulz.

Johannes Becker from Kind and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Schulz in Household No. Sz07.
