The Ortsfamilienbuch for Bad Orb records a Johannes Peter Alles who married in St. Martin's Church in Orb on 4 March 1737 to Anna Maria Schneider. They had 4 children whose baptisms are recorded in the parish register of Orb: (1) Johannes, baptized 20 November 1737; (2) Anna Margaretha, baptized 22 July 1739; (3) Johannes [again], baptized 18 August 1741; and (4) Johannes Peter, baptized 10 October 1743. This family does not continue in the records of Orb.

Johann[es] Alles, his wife Anna, and daughter Magdalena (age 8) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 22 July 1766 aboard the pink Lev under the command of Lieutenant Fyodor Fyodorov. The following entry on the Oranienbaum passenger list is of widow Anna Alles and her daughter Margaretha (age 23). These are presumed to be the mother and sister of Johann[es] Alles.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Pfeifer on 15 June 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 27.

Daughter Magdalena Alles is recorded on the 1798 census of Pfeifer in Household No. Pf76. Kaspar Alles, recorded on the 1798 census of Pfeifer in Household No. Pf26, is presumed to be their son.

Descendants of this family resettled to the daughter colony of Marienfeld before 1857.

The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Johann Alles was a carpenter from the German region of Mainz while the 1767 census records that he was a farmer from the German village of Orb.
