Discussion & Documentation:

There are 2 Axt families recorded from Orlovskaya. Their relationship to each other, if any, requires additional research.

(1) Gottlieb Axt and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Orlovskaya in Household No. Or44.

(2) In 1790, Andreas Axt moved from Orlovskaya to Zürich. Georg Andreas Axt from Orlovskaya and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Zürich in Household No. Zr29.

[Andreas is erroneously recorded with surname Ochs in Zürich (Zr29).]
