In 1788, Johann Jakob Benzel [sic] moved from Warenburg to Dinkel.

Johann Jakob Benzel [sic] from Warenburg and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Dinkel in Household No. Dn27.

The death of Johann Jakob Benzler in 1822 is recorded on the 1834 census of Dinkel in Household No. 30. His descendants are recorded on the 1834 census of Dinkel in Households No. 30, 55, & 68.

The 1767 census does not record from where Johann Jakob Benzler came.
