Michael Bereht, a farmer, and his wife Anna Margaretha settled in the Volga German colony of Frank in 1767.
In 1790, Peter Bereht moved from Frank to Dietel.
The 1767 census records that Michael Bereht came from the German village of Grasbrunn in the region of Ansbach.
