Johann Bernhardt, a farmer, his wife Sabina, and children (Johann, age 20; Anna, age 16½; Georg, age 12; Johannes, 9; Friedrich, age 5) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 8 August 1766 aboard the galliot Anna Catharina under the command of Skipper Johann Joachim Janson.
Johann Frid. Bernhard, his wife Barbara, and children (Johann Heinr., age 21; Christiana, age 17; Joh. Georg, age 13; Johannes, age 10; Friedrich, age 6) are recorded on a list of of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
In 1770, widow Sabina Barbara Bernhardt and her children moved from Hockerberg to Orlovskaya.
In 1778, Johann Bernhard moved from Orlovskaya to Katharinenstadt.
In 1785, Georg Bernhard moved from Orlovskaya to Katharinenstadt.
Heinrich Bernhard from Orlovskaya and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Katharinenstadt in Household No. Ka060.
