Dietrich Brahm, a single farmer, is recorded on the 1767 census of Grimm in Household No. 86.

Dietrich Brahm, his wife Anna Maria [Schröder], and son Johann Heinrich (age 1½) are recorded on the 1775 census of Grimm in Household No. 158.

Dietrich Brahm and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Grimm in Household No. Gm170.

The widow of [Johann] Heinrich Brahm and their daughter Katharina (age 1) are recorded on the 1798 census of Grimm in Household No. Gm159.

Both the Oranienbaum passenger list and the 1767 census record that Dietrich Brahm came from the German region of Darmstadt.
