Heinrich Timon [sic], a carpenter (Zimmermann), his wife Anna Maria, children (Anna Maria, age 6; Anna, age 3; Peter, age 2½), and sister-in-law Eva [surname not recorded] (age 19) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 16 August 1766 aboard a galliot named Adler (Eagle) under the command of Skipper Paul Adolph Drath.
[Anna Maria] Dehms, widow of Heinrich Dehms, and daughter Anna Maria (age 4) are recorded on a list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
It is not known in which colony the Widow Dehms and her daughter settled.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Heinrich Timon [sic] came from the German region of Trier.
There are no known surviving male lines of this Dehms family among the Volga German colonies.
