Jakob Dreher, a farmer, and his wife Margaretha Dorothea settled in the Volga German colony of Reinhard on 15 July 1766. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 8.
The 1767 census records that Jakob Dreher came from the German village of Insterburg in Prussia. The 1767 census records that his wife Margaretha Dorothea came from the village of Gratma.
