Emmert (Messer)
Martin Emmert, a craftsman (Handwerker), and his wife Maria Elisabeth settled in the Volga German colony of Messer on 15 November 1766 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 30.
Jakob Emmert, presumed son of Martin Emmert, and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Messer in Household No. Ms12.
Elisabeth Röhmer née Emmert from Messer, presumed daughter of Martin Emmert, and her family are recorded on the 1798 census of Beideck in Household No. Bd81.
The 1767 census records that Martin Emert came from the German district of Ansbach.
