Joseph Franke [sic] & Veronica Regina Seilemitzke were married on 24 June 1765 in Roßlau.

Joseph Frank, a farmer, and his wife Regina settled in the Volga German colony of Rohleder on 14 June 1766. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 20.

The 1767 census records that Joseph Frank came from the region of Lindau while his wife Regina came from the region of Ulm.
