Friedrich Graf, a farmer, and his family settled in the Volga German colony of Dobrinka on 15 April 1765. Friedrich, his wife Margaretha, and sons (Philipp, age 13; Michael, age 6; & Friedrich, age 4) are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 55.
Before 1816, several descendants of this family moved to the colony of Holstein.
Johann Georg Graf from Dobrinka and his family are recorded on the 1857 census of Oberdorf in Household No. 21.
The 1767 census records that Friedrich Graf came from the German village of Inerepach [?] in the Oroningen [Öhringen?] region.
