Christian Hassenkampf, his wife Anna, and daughter Sophia (age ½) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 16 August 1766 aboard a snow-brig named Prinz Carl (Prince Carl) under the command of Skipper Christopher Losser.
Christian Hasenkampf [sic], his wife Anna, and daughter Sophia (age ½) are recorded on a list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767 along with a note that Sophia died in route.
Heinrich Hassenkampf, a farmer, and his wife Anna are recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Paulskaya in Household No. 41.
They are recorded on the 1798 census of Biberstein in Household No. Bb14.
The Oranienbaum passenger list does not record from where Christian Hassenkampt came. The 1767 census records that Heinrich Hassenkampf came from the German village of Häsen.
