Jakob Hermann, a single farmer, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 19 July 1766 aboard a galliot named Concordia under the command of Skipper Jakob Bauert.

He is recorded on the 1798 census of Schwab in Household No. Sb05.

The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Jakob Hermann came from the German region of Erbach.
