Ibe
Johann Andreas Ibe, a druggist, and his family arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 21 July 1766 aboard the snow-brig Mercurius under the command of Skipper Christian Heinrich Abelßen.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Urbach and two sons are recorded there on the 1798 census in Households No. Ur01 & Ur18.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Johann Andreas Ibe came from the region of Sachsen (Saxony).
