Georg Jörg, a farmer, and his wife Justina are recorded on the 1767 census of Kutter in Household No. 13. They had settled there on 8 July 1767.
The 1767 census records that Georg Jörg came from the German region of Würzburg.
There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
