Georg Koch, a farmer, and his wife Julianna arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 19 July 1766 aboard a pinque named Slon (Elephant) under the command of Lieutenant Sergey Panov.
Georg Koch, a craftsman (Handwerker), his wife Julianna, and son Johann Adam (age 1) are recorded on the 1767 census of Grimm in Household No. 73.
They are recorded on the 1775 census of Grimm in Household No. 147.
Both the Oranienbaum passenger list and the 1767 census records that Georg Koch came from the German region of Darmstadt.
