Krägel*
Andreas Krögel & Sophia Böthger were married on 4 April 1766 in Roßlau.
Andreas Krägel, a stonemason (Maurer), and his wife Sophia arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 18 June 1766 aboard the ship Mann und Frau under the command of Skipper Daniel Berg.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Jost on 5 July 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 3.
Both the Oranienbaum passenger list and the 1767 census record that Andreas Krägel came from the German region of Bayreuth.
There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
