Leonhard(t) (Degott / Kratzke)
Michael Leonhard, a musician (Musiker), and his wife Ursula and her children from a previous marriage (surname not recorded) settled in the Volga German colony of Degott on 18 July 1766. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 9.
It is believed that the two stepsons of Jonas Lündgren recorded on the 1767 census of Kratzke in Household No. 31 are Lorenz Leonhardt and Johann Leonhardt. They are believed to be related to Michael Leonhard because the 1767 census records that they came from the Danish town of Kopenhagen (Copenhagen). The relationship, however, is not recorded.
The 1798 census of Schuck records Lorenz Leonhardt from Kratzke in Household No. Su10.
The death of Lorenz Leonhardt on 27 January 1831 is recorded on the parish register of Schuck.
The 1798 census of Franzosen records Johann Leonhardt from Degott in Household No. Fz20.
Between 1816 and 1834, Johannes Leonhardt and his family moved from Franzosen to Kamenka.
The 1767 census records that Michael Leonhard came from the Danish town of Kopenhagen (Copenhagen).
