Linden*
Heinrich Linden, a day laborer (Tagelöhner), his wife Sibilla, and children (Eva Margaretha, age 4; Elisabeth, age 2) immigrated to Denmark (Schleswig-Holstein) arrived in the city of Schleswig on 9 May 1761.
They were dismissed from the Danish colonies in 1764 and joined the migration to Russia.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Grimm where they are recorded on the 1775 census in Household No. 24.
The Eichhorns record that Heinrich Linden came from the village of "Spöck, Unteramt Staffort, Oberamt Karlsruhe, Markgrafschaft Baden-Durlach."
There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
