Friedrich Lippmann, a cloth weaver (Tuchweber), and his wife Anna Margaretha settled in the Volga German colony of Dinkel on 12 July 1767. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 12.
The 1767 census records that Friedrich Lippmann came from the German village of Loumburg in Brandenburg.
