Georg Heinrich Lust, a farmer, his wife Christina Elisabeth, and children (Anna Maria, age 8¾; Johann Michael, age 6½) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 28 July 1766 aboard a Russian galliot named Стрельна (Strelna - a village near St. Petersburg) under the command of Midshipman Login Sornev.
Surviving children Anna Maria [Lust] (age 11) and Johann Michael [Lust] (age 9) are recorded on the 1767 census of Schwab in Household No. 27 along with Johann Michael Schneider and his [new] wife Elisabeth (age 20). They had arrived in Schwab on 12 September 1767. The relationship between the Lust and Schneider families is not recorded on the 1767 census.
Michael Lust is recorded on the 1798 census in Household No. Sb15 and Anna Maria Stuckert née Lust in Household No. Sb39.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Georg Heinrich Lust came from the German region of Ellbach.
