Meier (Jost-3)
Johann Leonhardt Meyer [sic] & Johanna Louise Hahnewaldt were married on 6 April 1766 in Roßlau.
Johann [Leonhard] Meier, a carpenter, and his wife [Joh]anna arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 18 June 1766 aboard the ship Mann und Frau under the command of Skipper Daniel Berg.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Jost where Leonhard Meier died on 28 October 1767.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Leonhard Meier came from the German region of Ansbach.
