Meisner (Jost)
Karl Meisner, a farmer, and his family arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 19 July 1766 aboard a galliot named Die Börse von Lübeck under the command of Skipper Martin Friedrich Markau.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Jost on 5 September 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 66.
The 1767 census records that Karl Meisner came from the German village of Lebbin in Brandenburg.
