Petri (Schönchen)
Peter Petri, his wife Elisabeth, and son Valentin (age 8) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 15 September 1766 aboard a ship under the command of Skipper Hans Karholm.
Peter Petri, his wife Elisabeth, and son Valentin (age 8) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
Peter Peters [sic], a merchant (Kaufmann), his wife Elisabeth, and son Valentin (age 9) are recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Katharinenstadt in Household No. 10.
The widow and children of Peter Petri are recorded on the 1798 census of Schönchen in Household No. Sn41.
The 1798 census records that Peter's son Martin is working in the colony of Biberstein.
The 1767 census records that Peter Peters [sic] came from the German region of Nassau-Weilburg.
