Discussion & Documentation

In 1792, widower Philipp Pflug "ran away" from Straub.

Katharina Dorothea Pflug (age 6) is recorded on the 1798 census of Laub in Household No. Lb64 along with a note that she is being raised by her grandfather in Warenburg.

There are no known surviving male lines of this Pflug family among the Volga German colonies.
