Raab (Dinkel)
Johann Michael Raab & Maria Margaretha Michel were married on 8 April 1766 in the Lutheran Church of Büdingen.
Johann Michael Raabe, a mason (Maurer), and his wife Veronica arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 15 June 1766 aboard the ship Die Vergelte Weintraube under the command of Skipper Anderson.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Dinkel on 12 July 1767 and he is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 27 with another wife, Christina.
The 1767 census records that Michael Raabe came from the German village of Wolfsheim in France.
