Reuer
Johannes Reuer, a farmer, and his wife Christina arrived from Reval [Estonia] at the port of Oranienbaum on 30 May 1766 aboard the pink Novaya Dvinka under the command of Lieutenant Ivan Perepechin.
Johannes settled in the Volga German colony of Göbel on 25 May 1767 and is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 37 along with his new wife Margaretha Kern.
The 1767 census records that Johannes Reuer came from the German village of Neuweiler in the Lothringen region. His wife Margaretha Kern is recorded there are coming from the German village of Schotten in the Darmstadt region.
