Johannes Ritt (under the surname Krück), a farmer, his wife Anna, and children (Margaretha, age 14; Johann, age 12; Anna, age 6; Heinrich, age 5¼; Adam, age 3) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 22 August 1766 aboard a galliot named Die Vergoldete Weintraube (The Guilded Grape) under the command of Skipper Joachim Hermann Andersen.
Joh. Rieth, his wife Anna Maria, and children (Margaretha, age 14; Johann, age 12; Anna Mar., age 8; Joh. Henrich, age 6; Elisabeth, age 1) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
Johannes Ritt, his wife Anna Maria, and children (Margaretha, age 14; Johannes, age 11; Maria, age 8; Heinrich, age 6) are recorded on the 1767 census of Semenovka in Household No. 22. They had settled there on 24 July 1767.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Johannes Krück [sic] came from the German region of Hanau. The 1767 census records that Johannes Ritt came from the German village of Bart [?] in the Hanau region.
