The baptisms of the following children of Johannes & Anna Maria Rüth are recorded in the parish register of Bieber: (1) Margaretha, baptized 3 April 1756; (2) Johannes, baptized 11 December 1757; (3) Anna Maria, baptized 17 September 1760; (4) Heinrich, baptized 30 June 1762; and (5) Johann Adam, baptized 5 March 1764.
Johannes Ritt (under the surname Krück), a farmer, his wife Anna, and children (Margaretha, age 14; Johann, age 12; Anna, age 6; Heinrich, age 5; Adam, age 3) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 19 September 1766 aboard a ship under the command of Skipper Johann Hermann Anderson.
Joh. Rieth, his wife Anna Maria, and children (Margaretha, age 14; Johann, age 12; Anna Mar., age 8; Joh. Henrich, age 6; Elisabeth, age 1) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
Johannes Ritt, his wife Anna Maria, and children (Margaretha, age 14; Johannes, age 11; Maria, age 8; Heinrich, age 6) are recorded on the 1767 census of Semenovka in Household No. 22. They had settled there on 24 July 1767.
The 1767 census records that Johannes Ritt came from the German village of Bart [?] in the Hanau region.
