Paul Heinrich Rolof and his wife Katharina settled in the Volga German colony of Reinhard on 15 July 1766. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 20.
The 1767 census records that Paul Heinrich Rolof came from the German town of Kiel in the Holstein region and his wife Katharina came from the German region of Mainz.
