Jakob Scheck and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Balzer in Household No. Bz094.

The 1834 census of Balzer in Household No. 210 records that brothers Johann Heinrich Scheck and Johann Georg Thomas Scheck moved from Balzer to Franzosen in 1827.

Jakob Scheck from Balzer is recorded on the 1834 census of Franzosen in Household No. 62.

Johann Konrad Scheck is recorded on the 1834 census of Balzer in Household No. 210 along with a note that he relocated to the colony of Warenburg in 1828.

Thomas Scheck from Franzosen and his descendants are recorded on the 1857 census of Wiesenmüller.
