Schiefelbein
Christian Schiefelbein, a farmer, and his family arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 20 May 1766 on board the Danzig galliot Die Hoffnung under the command of Skipper Johann Heschke.
Christian Schiefelbein, a farmer, his wife Anna Dorothea, and children (Johann, age 11; Dorothea, age 6; Christian, age 1½) are recorded on the 1767 census of Husaren in Household No. 20. They had arrived in Husaren on 17 February 1767.
Peter Schiffelbein from Husaren and his family are recorded on the 1834 census of Preuss in Household No. 83.
Georg Schiefelbein and his family are recorded on the 1857 census of Köhler in Household No. 122 along with a note that they relocated to the colony of Husaren in 1857.
Philipp Schiefelbein from Husaren and his family are recorded on the 1857 census of Marienfeld.
Johannes Schiebelbein from Husaren is recorded on the 1857 census of Schuck in Household No. 101 along with a note that he had arrived from Husaren in Schuck in 1856.
Joseph Schiebelbein from Husaren and his family are recorded on the 1857 census of Josefstal in Household No. 36.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Christian Schiefelbein came from the German region of Marienwerder while the 1767 census records that he came from the German village of Marienwerder in Prussia.
