Discussion & Documentation

Gottfried Schuller and his wife Anna Katharina arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 12 September 1766 aboard the snow-brig Frei Gebruder under the command of Skipper Minzberger.

Gottfried Schuler [sic] and his wife Anna Catharina are recorded on a list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

It is not known in which colony this family settled.

There are no known surviving male lines of this Schuller family among the Volga German colonies.
