Schwab (Semenovka-2)
Bernhard Schwab, a farmer, his wife Susanna Maria, and mother-in-law Katharina [surname not recorded] arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 13 September 1766 aboard the galliot Die Perle under the command of Skipper Thomson.
Bernhard Schwab, his wife Anna Maria, and mother-in-law [first name not recorded] Peyl are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
Widower Bernhard Schwab, a farmer, and his mother-in-law, Katharina (surname unknown) settled in the Volga German colony of Semenovka on 24 July 1767. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 34.
The 1767 census records that they came from the German village of Eichenzell near Fulda.
