Peter Schlider, a widowed farmer, children (Friedricka, age 21; Hieronymos, age 16), and [step-]daughter Viktoria [Tilo] (age 20) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 19 July 1766 aboard a ship named Die Zwei Gebrüder (The Two Brothers) under the command of Skipper Nicolaus Peter Pinck.
Widower Peter Schlider and his son Hyeronimus [sic] (age 16) are recorded on a list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767 along with a note that father Peter died en route. Also listed with them is Victoria Tilo identified as a possible step-daughter of Peter Schlider.
It is not known in which colony Viktoria Tilo settled.
There are no known surviving male lines of this Tilo family among the Volga German colonies.
