Johann Weydeneller is recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

Johann Weidenkeller, a blacksmith (Schmied), and his wife Anna Maria are recorded on the 1767 census of Jost in Household No. 60. They had arrived there on 19 August 1767.

Ludwig Weidenkeller from Jost is recorded on the 1798 census of Norka in Household No. Nr175.

The Weidenkeller family is recorded on the 1834 census of Norka in Households No. 29 and 224.

The 1767 census records that Johann Weidenkeller came from the German village of Magulze [?] in the Schwaben (Swabia) region.
