Weingardt (Biberstein)
Johann [Wilhelm] Weingart, a farmer, his wife Marianna, and son Anton (age ½) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 12 September 1766 aboard the English frigate Love & Unity under the command of Skipper Thomas Fairfax.
Wilhelm Weingart, his wife Maria Magdalena, and son Anton (age ½) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
Son Anton is recorded on the 1798 census of Biberstein in Household No. Bb33.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Johann Weingart came from the German region of Runkel.
