The Werner children are recorded on the 1767 census of Kamenka in Household No. 1 along with the Samuel Bähr family. [The Werner family is believed to have settled in Kamenka in 1765 along with the first colonists. Following the death of the Werner children's father, their mother remarried to Samuel Bähr.]

In 1788, Franz Werner moved from Kamenka to Semenovka.

Franz Werner is recorded on the 1798 census of Semenovka in Household No. Se22. His sister, Juliana Werner, is recorded on the 1798 census of Kamenka in Household No. Km007.
