Friedrich Wiesner, a silversmith (Silberschmied), his wife Maria, and children (Anna, age 18; Friedrich, age 10¼; Anna Sophia, age 7; Maria Katharina, age 5; Anna Margaretha, age 1½) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 7 May 1766 aboard the galliot named Anna Katharina under the command of Skipper Daniel Heyer.
Friedrich Wiesner (age 40), a silversmith (Silberschmied), his wife Maria (age 40), and children (Friedrich, age 11; Anna, age 8; Margaretha, age 2) are recorded on the 1767 census of Katharinenstadt in Household No. 162 along with a note that they relocated to the colony of Hummel in 1768. They had arrived in Katharinenstadt on 5 March 1767.
Both the Oranienbaum passenger list and the 1767 census record that Friedrich Wiesner came from the German region of Zweibrücken.
There are no known surviving male lines of this Wiesner family among the Volga German colonies.
