Anton Windhold [sic] & Rosina Gerber were married on 28 May 1765 in Roßlau.
Anton Windholz, a craftsman (Handwerker), and his wife Maria Theresia settled in the Volga German colony of Graf on 10 June 1766. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 6 along with Anton Andreas Gerber (age 10), Maria Theresia's brother.
By 1834, Katharina Vogel, the widow of Lorenz Windholz, and her children had moved to the colony of Herzog. Lorenz's brother Joseph also relocated to the colony of Herzog before 1834.
The 1767 census records that Anton Windholz came from the German village of Regensburg.
