St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church was organized in Fresno, California. Its first church building was dedicated in 1913 at the corner of California and Lotus Avenue.

Following a meeting that was held 14 June 1911, a congregation was organized as "Erste Deutsche Evangelische Lutherische Kongretionalen Ebenezer Gemeinde."
