Karl Dorsch, son of Peter Dorsch, was born in 1862 in Holstein. He was a teacher in the Central School in Grimm, serving as the Head Master from 1886 to 1916. He was denounced by fellow teachers for insulting the czar and removed from office and from the school. In January 1917, he was a teacher in a private gymnasium in Balzer.

He served as an authorized representative from Grimm to the Congress held 25-27 April 1917 in Saratov and it was the unanimous decision of the Congress to restore him to his former position of director of the school. He was also a delegate to the Second Congress held 19-22 September 1917 in Schilling. In the 1920s, he was in charge of a school in Balzer. His subsequent fate is unknown.
