Georg Heinrich Lust, a farmer, his wife Christina Elisabeth, and children (Anna Maria, age 9; Johann Michael, age 6½) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 9 August 1766 aboard the Russian galliot Strelna under the command of Lieutenant Sornev.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Schwab where son Michael is recorded on the 1798 census in Household No. Sb15.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Georg Heinrich Lust came from the German region of Ellbach.
