Joe Schreibvogel, aka Joe Maldonado-Passage, is the star of the Netflix documentary called "Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness," a seven-part series recounting the story of "Joe Exotic" and his life as a tiger trainer. Joseph Allen Schreibvogel, son of Francis Schreibvogel, was born 5 March 1963 in Garden City, Kansas.
