Pierre Bach, son of Henri Bach & Anne Margerite Knup (?-16 January 1740), was born 14 September 1710 in Willerwald. He married on 24 January 1739 Willerwald to Agathe Lampert, daughter of Christophe Lampert & Catherine Reinert. She was born 8 October 1713 in Willerwald.
The following children were born in Willerwald to Pierre Bach & Agathe Lampert: (1) François, baptized 23 April 1740; (2) Henri, baptized 12 March 1747; and (3) Nicolaus, baptized 9 May 1749.
Agathe Bach née Lampert died in Willerwald on 30 August 1755.
Pierre Bach remarried on 8 January 1757 in Willerwald to Anne Marguerite Harrer, daughter of Michael Harrer & Elisabeth Muth.
The following children were born to Pierre Bach & Anne Marguerite Harrer: (4) Joseph, born 3 May 1759, died 27 September 1761; and (5) Marguerite, born 17 June 1761.
Anna Margaretha [widow of Pierre Bach] (age 32) is recorded on the 1767 census of Graf in Household No. 45 along with her [step-son] Johann Heinrich [Bach] (age 16), her [new] husband Jakob Müller (age 35) and his son Johann (age 13).
(1) François [Franz] Bach married on 10 January 1764 to Marguerite Haas, daughter of Jean Christophe Haas & Marie Salome Willer.
They had one son: Jacques, born 10 October 1764. He did not survive the journey to Russia.
Franz Bach, a farmer, his wife Margaretha, and his brother Nikolaus settled in the Volga German colony of Chasselois on 2 August 1766. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 25. A note on the 1767 census records that Margaretha later married his brother Nikolaus.
The 1767 census records that Franz Bach came from the German village of Saarlouis in the German region of Lothringen (France).
(2) Katharina Bach née Deis, widow of Heinrich Bach, remarried to Johann Adam Rübsam. The Bach children ([a] Jakob, age 17; [b] Johann Christoph, age 14; Barbara, age 11; [c] Joseph, age 8; Elisabeth, age 5; Magdalena, age 2) are recorded on the 1798 census of Graf in Household No. Gf25.
[a] Jakob Bach and his family are recorded on the 1834 census of Luzern in Households No. 35 & 76.
[b] Johannes [Christoph] Bach and his family are recorded on the 1834 census of Graf in Household No. 30 along with his mother Katharina.
[c] Joseph Bach and his family are recorded on the 1834 census of Graf in Household No. 19.
(3) Nikolaus Bach along with his brother Franz and sister-in-law Margaretha are recorded on the 1767 census of Chasselois in Household No. 25 along with a note that Nikolaus married his sister-in-law Margaretha following the death of Franz. They had arrived in Chasselois on 2 August 1766.
Following the destruction of Chasselois in 1774, the Bach family relocated to the colony of Louis.
In 1787, widow Appolonia Bach and her daughter moved from Louis to Ober-Monjou.

The death of Jakob Bach in 1832 is recorded on the 1834 census of Louis in Household No. 18.
