Wilhelm Beißel was born 16 September 1670 in Sulzfeld. He died there on 20 July 1747.

(1) Friedrich Jacob Beißel was born 30 January 1711 in Sulzfeld. He married on 13 February 1733 in Sulzfeld to Anna Salome Völke. She was born 15 April 1713 in Sulzfeld.
The births of three children to Friedrich Jacob Beißel and Anna Salome Völke are recorded in Sulzfeld: (1) Friedrich Matthäus, born 5 February 1734; (2) Maria Margarethe, born 18 December 1735; and (3) Anna Salome, born 25 March 1738.
Anna Salome Beißel née Völke died in Sulzfeld on 11 March 1746, and Friedrich Jacob Beißel remarried on 15 November 1746 in Meimsheim to Maria Barbara Gauß.
The births of three children to Friedrich Jacob Beißel and Maria Barbara Gauß are recorded in Sulzfeld: (1) Joh. Wilhelm, born 13 August 1747, baptized the same day; and (2) Johann Georg.
The family moved to Denmark (Schleswig-Holstein) where Friedrich Jacob settled in the colony of Friedrichsholm.
Son Friedrich Matthäus had married to Sophia Dorothea Steiner in Sulzfeld on 24 March 1761. They settled in Denmark in the colony of Friedrichsanbau. Daughter Maria Margarethe married Johann Sigmund Heffele [see Hefele family] and they also immigrated to the colony of Friedrichsanbau in Denmark. Daughter Anna Salome married Johannes Meier [see Meier family] and they also immigrated to the colony of Friedrichsanbau in Denmark.
Friedrich Jacob and his second wife, Maria Barbara, along with their two sons Johann Wilhelm and Johann Georg, immigrated to Russia with the three above mentioned children. The parents, son Matthäus and his family, and son-in-law Meier and his family arrived in Dreispitz on 16 September 1766. They are recorded there in Household No. 5 (parents), Household No. 18 (Matthäs), and Household No. 14 (Meier) on the 1767 Census. Son-in-law Heffele and his wife had immigrated to Russia a year earlier, settling in Dobrinka on 15 April 1765 and are recorded there in Household No. 3 on the 1767 Census.

Johann Georg Beisel, his family, and his mother [Maria Barbara Gauß (erroneously recorded as Kraus)] are recorded on the 1798 census of Dreispitz in Household No. Dr30.
Anna Meier née Beisel and her family are recorded on the 1798 census of Dreispitz in Household No. Dr31.
Friedrich Beisel from Stephan and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Dreispitz in Household No. Dr27. He is presumed to be related to the Beisel family that settled in Dreispitz, but further research is needed to confirm the exact relationship (if any).
(2) Johannes Beisel was born 20 July 1716 in Sulzfeld. He married in Sulzfeld on 18 November 1738 to Sophia Lochbaum, daughter of the deceased Friedrich Lochbaum.

Johann[es] Beisel, a tailor, and his children (Regina, age 22; Katharina, age 13; Johann Friedrich, age 8; Friedrich Bernhardt, age 4; Eberhard Friedrich, age 2) immigrated to Denmark (Schleswig-Holstein) arriving in Fridericia on 11 November 1760.
They are last recorded in the Danish colonies on 26 April 1763.
They immigrated to Russia and settled in the Volga German colony of Schilling. Johannes Beisel, his wife Sophia, and son Eberhardt (age 17½) are recorded on the 1775 census of Schilling in Household No. 50.
