Bollig
Nikolaus Bollig, a farmer, and his family settled in the Volga German colony of Chasselois on 2 August 1766. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 13.
Following the destruction of Chasselois, the Bollig family relocated to the colony of Louis.
In 1789, Peter Bollig moved from Louis to Graf.
Bollig descendants are recorded on the 1798 censuses of Graf & Louis in Households No. Gf35, Ls28, & Ls34.
Bollig descendants are recorded on the 1834 census of Graf in Households No. 2, 18, & 46.
Bollig descendants are recorded on the 1834 census of Louis in Households No. 42, 85, & 91.
The 1767 census records that Nikolaus Bollich [sic] came from the German region of Trier.
