Discussion & Documentation

In 1791, Georg Heimling [sic] and his family moved from Göbel to Franzosen. They are recorded on the 1798 census of Franzosen in Household No. Fz18.

The death of Georg Heimerling in 1818 is recorded on the 1834 census of Franzosen in Household No. 113.

A note accompanying the 1834 census of Franzosen records that his sons and their families relocated to the colony of Husaren. However, the death of son Johann Georg Heimerling from Franzosen in 1828 is recorded on the 1834 census of Wittmann in Household No. 105 [where his children are also recorded]. Son Franz Heimerling from Franzosen and his family are recorded on the 1834 census of Zug in Household No. 19.
