Asmus Müller, a farmer, his wife Anna, and children (Nikolaus, age 19; Asmus, age 14; Anna, age 8) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 4 July 1766 aboard the ship Die Neue Freiheit von Bremen under the command of Skipper Steingrawer.

Son Nikolaus Müller is recorded on the 1798 census of Stahl am Tarlyk in Household No. St44.

The death of Klaus [sic] Müller in 1806 is recorded on the 1811 census of Stahl am Tarlyk in Household No. 45.

Christian Heinrich Müller and his brother Heinrich Konrad, sons of Nikolaus Müller, are recorded on the 1811 census of Stahl am Tarlyk in Household No. 45 along with a note that they relocated ot the colony of Bangert [year not recorded].

Christian Heinrich Müller and his brother Heinrich Konrad are recorded on the 1811 census of Bangert in Household No. 11.

Son Asmus Müller is recorded on the 1798 census of Stahl am Tarlyk in Household No. St09.

The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Asmus Müller came from the German region of Holstein.
